Virtual Tropical Cyclone is a simulation program. In the program, you can design your own tropical cyclone, control its movement and strength. When necessary, you can issue a tropical cyclone warning signal for Hong Kong like HKO (Hong Kong Observatory). This program is useful and funny for TC tracers.

The included file with .bas extension is a BASIC program, you need the Chipmunk Basic interpreter in order to run the program. Please download the interpreter first before you run this program.
